Election Issue: Immigration and Refugees

Immigration and Refugees have been a topic in the election for a while now. This is because %7 of Democrats sat this is a big deciding factor and %27 of Republicans say this is a deciding factor. The US also consists of many immigrants who despite the talk about many illegal immigrants there are many legal immigrants who can vote. Making Immigration and Refugee a important discussion issue for them.
Beto who is the Democrat believes that all immigrants and refugees need to treated fairly and with respect. He wants to pass the Dream act to help immigrant children. Pass a law preventing the government from using religion to keep certain immigrants and refugees out. He is also against building a wall between Mexico and the US. He thinks this will "humiliate" our neighbors and closest partners.
Ted Cruz who is the republican agrees with President Trumps views on refugees on immigrants. He fully supports the ban on giving visas to the seven main muslim countries. He is trying to pass an act that bans giving visas to countries with muslim and islamic influences for three years. He also thinks that muslim communities within the US should be watched at all times.
They both have very different views and soon we'll see who gets the votes.
