My Sharing Economy "Non Bulk, Bulk Prices"

My idea for a sharing economy is a place where you can sign up to buy food. In our economy you can either buy food cheaply in bulk or small quantities at a much higher price.  With this service you can sign up in advance to share the price and the product of a bulk good with a stranger. The problem with buying bulk yourself is that often the food goes bad before you eat it. With this system you can get the low prices with the small amount. The system would charge a flat rate when you picked up food to make it more worth it to get many things at once. Allow sharing from one person to many different people on the same trip. The purpose of this is to let consumers get better deals on products without having to have too much food. This system would allow someone making pasta that only needs one tomato split with 9 other people for the tomatoes with a pack of ten and with 5 different people on a pack of onions. I think this idea could work in big cities where there are always people who need food so sharing price would be an option. In smaller towns this would not be possible as there are not enough trade to warrant sharing but in large cities this system would set up trades in the moment when they were available.
