My Notice

If I had a business that was based on sharing economy, I would dedicate it to students who don’t want to go to school, but still want notes and updates from class. I would call it ‘My Notice’ (the people who are hired are called notices). This business would be aimed at both high schoolers and college students, but would be easier for college students to achieve, seeing their schedules. Say that you know you’re going to be absent from class for a day or two, or you get sick. You have no one there to take notes for you for ALL your class periods, and you only have one or two reliable friends in each class. What if you could hire a person, who is familiar with the campus, (so either a fellow student with an off day or a former student) to take notes for you for all your classes? They would follow your class schedule for that day, and would carry a badge of authorization saying ‘Yes, I am a Notice’ and a signed document (digitally or not) to hand to the teacher as a certification to be in that class. Depending on the difficulty of the course and the amount of class hours the Notice sits and writes through, the Notice will be paid accordingly.

Lower Class classes cost 15 dollars an hour
Upper Class classes cost 25 dollars an hour
AP classes are 30 dollars an hour.

You are a freshman and have four 45 minutes classes on a day you will be missing? The My Notice website/app will calculate how much you will pay (think Venmo, in the way of paying). In this instance, you would be paying a Notice 45$ at the end of the day.
