My Business Idea: Shirt Swap

My business idea will be revolutionary to the rentable clothing market. It is called “Shirt Swap”. Shirt swap will be a website and an app where clothing will be traded, rented or sold. Do you have a very expensive tux that you won't be needing for a while, that is just sitting in your closet taking up space? Well guess what, with Shirt Swap you can rent that expensive good for nothing tux to someone in your area who needs that tux for a wedding or something. But Shirt Swap is not only for renting nice clothing, but any clothing! If you are going on a big hiking trip in Greenland, you can rent a nice parka and hiking boots without having to spend a fortune. But Shirt Swap is not only a platform for renting, but you can also trade, buy, and sell clothing. If you don't need that leather jacket that you grew out of four years ago, but you need clothes for you new baby, then with shirt swap you can find someone who has what you want and wants what you don't want and you can make trade, without having to spend a dime. If you are renting out an item and that item is damaged, lost, or not returned, the purchaser will be fined and you reimbursed according to the value of that item plus a fee. This will be a for profit company, with the cash flow coming from small taxes that the seller and buyer will both pay and advertisements on the website. These profits will go to marketing, expansion, and to pay the software engineers and other employees of the company.

El Salvador has a limit for a single 5-year term which means that the current president,  Sánchez Cerén  will not be able to run for this election. This election is different from most in the past due to the new political parties law, which says that a single candidate from each party must be chosen before the date of the election. Sharing Economy- Luke

Luke Kirchner       After much thinking, I have realized that sharing economies can be created from almost anything. I decided to make create something about sharing home decor. This would include things like paintings, ornaments and other small things to decorate your house. One challenging thing that would need to be sorted out, would be the value of the objects. Art is very subjective and can be valued very differently by other people. The market would have to establish it self to truly assign a price to different pieces. This would be a great way to make some money off of pieces of art that usually aren't seen and this would allow the renter to spruce up their house.       An app would be used to connect people and would ask for necessary information.
