Action Plan 
For my challenge project I decide to look into gang violence in Houston. My reason for this was because I new nothing about but after looking into I learned that it is actually a much bigger problem then I realized, and that where my challenge project will take its course. While I was researching I learned that I was not the only person who did not know how prominent and dangerous gangs are in Houston and with that information I started wondering how I could help inform the people of Houston that these areas contain gang violence and if they choose to go to the area they should just be aware of the issue. I think that the awareness of this issue really needs to be spread because, many people have died due gang violence by just being in the wrong place at wrong time. So My partner Tyler and I have decided that something that could really help fix problem like this and spread awareness would be maps, so we will be mass producing printed out maps of Houston and on those maps we there will be circled areas of gang infested areas along with a description of what the main problems related to gangs are and how to best avoid it. These posters will be posted around local community centers and city parks and anywhere else we can put them. I personally feel that this, although will not dismember gangs around Houston it could definitely could help with raising the awareness of this overlooked problem in Houston

Ashwin Dev Mr. Roddy IHSS 24 October 2018 Where Voting Matters - El Salvador The Salvadoran presidential elections are going to be held on February 4, 2019 with a second round in March if no candidate wins an outright majority. El Salvador has a limit for a single 5-year term which means that the current president,  Sánchez Cerén  will not be able to run for this election. This election is different from most in the past due to the new political parties law, which says that a single candidate from each party must be chosen before the date of the election. Sharing Economy- Luke

Luke Kirchner       After much thinking, I have realized that sharing economies can be created from almost anything. I decided to make create something about sharing home decor. This would include things like paintings, ornaments and other small things to decorate your house. One challenging thing that would need to be sorted out, would be the value of the objects. Art is very subjective and can be valued very differently by other people. The market would have to establish it self to truly assign a price to different pieces. This would be a great way to make some money off of pieces of art that usually aren't seen and this would allow the renter to spruce up their house.       An app would be used to connect people and would ask for necessary information.
